LOWER BODY WORKOUT FOR WOMEN - Sculpt lean, strong legs in just 30 minutes with this dumbbell only home workout.

This workout is made up of super sets and single sets. Complete each set 3 x through, 45 seconds work/15 seconds rest.

You'll need a variety of weighted dumbbell to complete this strong leg workout at home. I used 1 set of 5kg + 7kg + 10kg but you may want to use something lighter or heavier depending on your strength and fitness level.
